Nowa Reforma is a restaurant located in the cellars of a 14th-century tenement house at Św. Anny 3, in the heart of the historic center of Krakow. The name of the premises refers to the former newspaper published under the same name, which was published in the years 1893-1928 in the basement of this tenement house.

Our guests have the opportunity to travel back in time by browsing the pages of the "Nowa Reforma", which were used to decorate our restaurant. In addition to the name itself, inspirations from the past are also reflected in our kitchen. The dishes we serve are based on the traditional recipes of Old Polish cuisine. Our menu includes unique specialties, such as goose or venison, as well as salads with the addition of regional cheeses and vegan sour rye soup. Our menu changes seasonally and is based on fresh local products.

The wines offered in our restaurant are also not accidental. We offer you a special selection of liquors from Moravia, which refer to wines stored centuries ago in large oak barrels, placed in recesses that have now been transformed into intimate lodges, perfect for a romantic dinner for two.
